These tuna belly fillets are a healthy fish preserve that is very rich in omega 3. The tuna is caught in the Cantabrian Sea during the summer. This can of tuna from the north is preserved with olive oil, which you can either add to your culinary creations or drain, whatever you prefer.
Our favorite tapas recipe for these ventresca fillets is a nice pink tomato with fresh onion, a drizzle of any of our olive oils and a little bit of sherry vinegar.
