This 50% Ibérico cebo shoulder has been cured for a minimum of 24 months, achieving a smooth, juicy and delicate flavor to liven up any appetizer or tapa that you can think of. Perfect to accompany some toasts with tomato and a good Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
